This quiche had the thinnest, flakiest shell I’ve ever had! The caramelized but crispy shaved beets added an earthy flavor and complementary texture to the fluffy quiche filling.  Exquisitely plated, this was a real treat!


A salad is a salad…until it isn’t. The crumbled feta surprised me as feta isn’t common in Mexico.  Lusciously presented, flavourful and well textured, it really helped tie the dinner elements together.


A nice beef fillet with beet cream, heirloom Mediterranean vegetables and creamed potato base. Although a little more ‘medium’ than I prefer, the excellently textured cut was still very flavorful and satisfying.


An extremely fluffy panna cotta heart, with raspberry genoise, deconstructed yellow cake and Oreo garnish. A little lighter than we expected but very well done and exquisitely presented.
